Planning, integrative analyses and modeling of high-dimensional data

S1

Project Summary

S1 will offer counseling and state-of-the-art methods for experimental design as well as integrative modeling of high-dimensional omics data to the CRC, tailored to different data types (M. Börries: gene expression and regulation; A. Köttgen: panel- and whole-exome sequencing, metabolomics; H. Binder: sample size and machine learning methods for integrative analyses). S1 will also provide NephGen investigators with visualization and analysis tools, as well as approaches to identify novel markers of kidney disease. S1 will hold regular, joint user meetings to discuss analytical needs, allowing NephGen investigators to focus more on their biological and clinical questions.
